The offer the world class benefits that matches the Tier 1 or the top 10 companies in the IT sector and very specific in making sure of getting all the benefits to each on every employee without any discrimination.

What can be worst than knowing after joining that the package offered included you performance bonus, and excluding this bonus, you will be loosing INR 5,000 every month. Only problem is, converting the yearly package to monthly pay, if you are supposed to get INR 24,000 , 5k including few more will bring your monthly salary of 17k only for working minimum 10 hours a day! Great.

To beg for leave, and for client site employee most of the benefits are of no use as they aren't aware of those.

Benefits - Avg unless you are related to some one in the middle or higher level.

Not sure whether its at par to the IT Industry norm. But for sure you can't (should not) complaint regarding the benefits.

The health benefits provided are satisfactory.

Client decides all the issues as they know the employee - how he/she works - no interference from Infinite, Other issues are looked after by Infinite like benefits
