Great diversified based on gender and Asia Pacific countries. Not sure if it is education or a diversity issue, but Spanish speaking is limited to housekeeping staff. If I was emplyoeed, this question could be a anit-disparagemnt issue and subject displinary action upto and including termination. This has been in the rumor mill on the floor, but suppressed. I suspect there are few Spanish as first language apply for techincal positons, but will never know for sure. It was once questioned in the internal social media to the detrement of everyone involved.
