It changes often, some items are discounted more than others.

Once an item hits 50% off we don't get any additional discounts on top of that & during holiday seasons customers can often get an additional 10-15-20-25% off the total bill regardless if it's full price or 70% off. Very friendly staff.

You get a discount on all of their merchandise when they have in house/store sales. They give you a new card every month or so to be punched when you use it.

The price of the clothes is expensive so 40% off is an amazing deal for employees.

The "regular" discount is 30%, but that was something I only rarely had to resort to. A certain number of work-appropriate items per month are 50% off, and there are always special employee promotions for 60% or more. Also, all sale is 50% off.
