Employee discount program was generous--- anywhere from30% off items to a monthly allotment of 50% off the retail value and 60% off a select list of merchandise, usually items not selling fast enough to the customers and there were a lot of inventory and company-wide. Anything on sale ending in ".99" was an automatic 50% off, too.

Best employee discount is we get 60% off a list of items updated weekly and 50% off sale items. Worst part is it's very complicated as there are 30%, 50%, 60% off and exclusions that apply.
