The highest is 50% off. When I started you got 50% off or 5 items per week. I'm not sure what it is now.

All their clothes are made in sweatshops in other countries so the discount should be around 50% off everything but you only get 30% off full price products and 50% off sales products. They do offer generous discounts monthly on certain items but it's at the companies discretion.

You get 30% off, but who really wants to pay $50 for a shif shirt made of the same quality as Hanes?

The employee discount at J. Crew is the best out of all retail stores. You can receive 50% off of already reduced sale items.

Awesome discounts. 60's list comes out on Thursday with items that are 60% off. You get 5 articles if wear to work clothes per month at 50%off
