Base discount was great, but the list of specific items that would be released weekly and at new seasons was great, 60-80 percent off items. Easy to use discount online as well. Never had an issue using discount at other stores either.

Customers consistently get better deals at J.Crew Factory including clearance. There is an option to get 50% as an allotment, but its worthless since you can't stack it on a current promotion - most of the items in store are already on discount so using your 30% off is the only thing that's worth it. The 5 item a month allotment @ 50% off was originally designed for associates to build their wardrobes in a branded way - which helps sales down the way.

30% off on full priced merch and 50% off clearance. The quality was great at once but dipped and prices remained high. Very unaffordable to dress in the clothing.

Clothing discount was great however we were required to wear the merchandise in store. I think they could give a better clothing allowance

30-75% off and sample sales are a great way to get good stuff cheap.

Promos aren't double dipped so discount end up being just a little better than what customers get
