Men's discount list is always meek in comparison to the women's and men's merchandise is more expensive.

It's so good that I will probably spend every pay check in store.

Just the best discount. However, we have an exclusions list where our discount doesn't apply to some items and sometimes i'm miffed as to why items are on there. LIke the current chambray women's shirt... that's a fundamental J. Crew item and we should be able to buy it so we can wear it and sell it to customers! That makes no sense. They aren't flying off the shelves fast enough to justify the exclusion.

Worst is that customers get a better deal the employees on clearance when they can also use their student or teacher discount. There are exclusions.

Could be better. I never got my set of free J. Crew clothes like I was suppose to, which is the only time. I would have worn more J.Crew stuff if the discount is better maybe that helps with sales.

50% off 5 items each month, half off sale and 30% off everything else. 30% off gift cards too which is cool.
