You get fifty percent off any sale item ending in ".99", and there are often 60 percent off lists. It can be pretty cheap for some things.

Anywhere from 30-75%+ off during certain times of the year and/or individual items

The discount was not 50% off a few items. But after a few weeks, all the guests get the same discount. In the end, the discount wasn't why I stayed.

very goo employee discount sometimes it would be nice if managers got a little more as far as allotment you get one free outfit just like the part time employees at the start of your career with J.Crew it would be nice snce a manager is full time if they got a new outfit at least once a year.

Discounts were really good and very reasonable

Worst thing is their clothes are expensive and you can't combine with student discount if you are in school. Best thing is you have first dibs once things go on sale and most stores give 50% off sale and 30 off regular priced items.

doesn't apply to everything , recently has been only as good as public discounts

30% off on accessories or non wear to work items. 50% on sale, full priced and wear to work items. but then.....theres a 60% list that changes the whole game
