The medical insurance is terrible, we just got a letter from Jacobs Technology stating the National Average increase is 6%, but they are raising ours for single plus one 42% unless you let the insurance company do biometric and cancer screening and they can take points away if they don't like your weight, blood pressure, misc..etc. after the last five years getting 2% or lower raises. Our monthly premiums are extremely high and the deductible and out of pocket is $7,600 if you stay in network. Most specialist and surgical centers are out of net work so you get hit with another $2,500 deductible and $7,600. Before Jacobs bought out the company we paid 80/20 and had BCBS, then Jacobs went 70/30 and now we are on Father Jacobs and it is 60/40 with unattainable deductibles specially for support staff that does not get the 6 figure income. the rest of the insurance is normal.

Health Plan was a Preferred Provide Option with fixed Co-Pays for most services. No referrals were required to see a specialist.

For this area the medical insurance is good, could be better, but I have worked for worse. They have a good eye care coverage, medical is ok as well as dental insurance. Blue Cross, Blue Shield covers a lot, but could be better.

I think it's just the fact that we're in MA and healthcare is ridiculous up here. I'm paying a lot more at the end of the day than I was previously, but then that was in OH.

Can't complain about a thing! They do health insurance the right way and give you more then you need.

High deductibles and co-pays. I paid $150.00 / month for a co-pay of a prescription that at a different employer cost me $25.00 / month.

Ok prescription coverage but not great. Instituted a good wellness incentive program over the last few years.
