Unlimited paid time off is great

No complaints honestly. The schedule was real flexible which is what I wanted the most.

Terrible no money bad health insurance

Good company and very nice culture

Benefit package is comparable to other forms, not good, but not awful. Switched to unlimited pto last year and company is still struggling to find a balance. There is actually an unspoken “limit” to the unlimited with a max # of hours that ranges from 3-4 weeks. And up to supervisor’s discretion if they will approve or not.
