The best part of the Jacobs benefits package is the salary. My experience with them has been that they tend to pay more in salary, but they have less generous health and savings benefits. The 401k isn't bad, but not spectacular. The health insurance seems like disaster relief more than robust preventative care type medicine.

The best thing about the benefits is that they're great: vacation, health, vision, dental, 401k, flexible schedule, work remote when necessary.
