remote work is pretty flexible for now. there are no bonuses. annual increases in pay are usually only 2-4%.

It's nice that we have unlimited PPTO, as a new employee wouldn't need to worry about accruing any PTO and can begin taking time off right away. However, the unlimited PPTO isn't really unlimited, company is adding a cap for all managers to monitor.
