The overall benefits package is comprehensive but much more expensive than other company's I have worked for in the past. The company does cover a large portion of the cost. But for the PPO plan the premium cost is over $900/mo for a family. So really the only affordable option is the high deductible UHC family plan with a $3000 deductible with a premium at around $450/mo. The prescription benefit is not so great and UHC uses ExpressScripts to administer the RX plan and I haven''t had a good experience with ExperessScripts and having to go through a 3rd party provider is dysfunctional at best.
