We have okay health insurance. I would like to see more options, but we at least have both a high deductible and more standard plan. We have moved to unlimited time off, and I have mixed feelings about that. So far, our leadership is encouraging us to use our time off, but I’m not sure that will remain true long term. We have a lot of really innovative benefits that are geared more to younger employees, especially around starting a family and caring for young children.

401k and unlimited PTO for US-based IT employees is nice. This means that you will not be compensated in the event of a layoff.

Implemented Personal Paid Time off policy which is unlimited, just to show they care for the employee's wellbeing. Love the Perkspot membership, saved a ton when you can combine with other rebates like Rakuten.
