15% on everything in the store/online Special times when that increase to 35%. Then if you are a Kohls card holder you can use any discounts you get with that. Most of the time I end up with 45% off

There was an employee discount of 10 or 15% for anything in the store or online from Kohl's.

Numerous times a year our employee discount is increased to 35% and during that time we can add more discounts. We are given a base 15% and can use multiple dollar off coupons as well as couponsgiven through our Kohl's Charge

A few times a year they have additional discounts on top of regular associate discounts.

Best part was the occasional Associate Shop Day where a 30% off was given to employees plus any other additional promotions going on.
