Worked part-time for Kroger while attending high school. They offered some benefits options even to part-time employees.

I liked that my store gave employees an extra $200 around the holiday season to spend on whatever they wanted as long as it was spent at a Kroger store ($100 around Thanksgiving, and another $100 around Christmas) and the employee discounts were nice because they can be stacked on top of other general sales/discounts going on.
