You get a few paid personal days and a paid vacation, but only after you've been there a year. Medical insurance is the bare minimum.

Kroger has good benefits and that fact is definitely the most compelling thing that it offers for prospective employees. paid time off (2 weeks after working for one year). very affordable health insurance which is good.
