Kroger cut my hours and benefits after medical leave. Kroger has good benefits yet I no longer have them because of oversight/error. The Benefits are good for full-time and are Anthem out of Ohio. You need to keep above 36 hours averaged throughout the year and can not be out more than two weeks for the year except for vacation. The benefits for full-time are good yet not reliable because of forced part-time.

Nice that you could buy vacation days on top of the 15 days earned per year. Though it does time some time to earn these days as an hourly associate.
Health insurance options weren't amazing - every plan required you to pay entirely out of pocket for anything that wasn't a primary care visit or generic medication. This is really rough when you're underpaid and have several important specialists that you need to see on a regular basis.
401k and HSA contributions match seemed pretty average.
Employee discount at Kroger stores was decent and comparable to most retail employee discounts.
