Many advantages in the past. It's no longer the case. Don't take care of their employees anymore.

Best thing was the choices of coverage you could choose from. Also the price of coverage was very reasonable.

The best benefit that stemmed from my employment at the wonderful company of LabCorp was the paid time off package. Is this twenty words?

I love my benefits. I have a child with asthma so having health coverage is a must. Medical, dental and vision. I’m also enrolled in 401k and I’m so grateful as I’ve been able to borrow from it when I fell on hard times! Thank you Labcorp for such great benefits!

They have decent benefits. Not the best but not the worst either. Decent 401k matching, decent insurance coverage.

Health benefits are expensive everywhere. These are standard and you have options. Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, Disability, 401K, etc. A nice perk is a fitness reimbursement each year for gym equipment, membership or other fitness related item. PTO to start is 21 days; that is vacation and sick combined. Easier to take a week vacation than a single day. Plan on making up the missed time. Some groups allow flexible start and end times, but you'll still work well over 40 hrs. Alot of good employees being worked to death there.

They offered health insurance but you had to submit to a physical for a discount otherwise it was 500 a month, the 401K was good
