I was a student so there were no benefits.

21 days PTO right from the start, medical, dental, vision, 401K with match up to 4%, tuition reimbursement

Covance provides a fair benefits package with health insurance, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement and flexible PTO days.

20 days off a year, 401K match is good, and health insurance is offered at a good rate.

Health insurance was adequate. 401K match could have been higher. Vacation time was more than adequate if you were employed for many years. Company should have covered the full cost for dental and vision.

Benefits package is by far one of the most affordable I have seen. Company offers health incentives to bring down the cost of the medical coverage. To cover myself and my 2 kids it runs under $300 a month/ Plus, they offer a rewards program that gives you money just for completing different challenges and programs. The money can be used toward certain medical expenses.

The benefits are mediocre but pay leave it pretty nice.
