Insurance for family pricey...I love how you get almost a month in time off but this includes sick time too all on one bank...don't like how you have to schedule time off can only request weeks at certain times of the year and days have to be requested later...if you are reprimanded you lose your bonus...it basically affects you all year with quarterly bonuses and your raise.

Health Insurance is better than what I've had at other companies. Stock plan is great. Start out with 18 paid days off a year.

They stopped contributing to your 401k unless you stay with the company for 10 yrs, at which it is 1% of base pay. Medical is okay, but prescription coverage is poor. Dental is horrible. Vision is great. No differentiation between sick time and vacation. You can only call out 3 times within 365 days before some level of documentation. Maternity leave is strictly under FMLA and short term leave.

PTO was paltry and hard to use as multiple priorities forced to lose it every year. Extremely flexible approach for remote work.

Good savings plan and excellent health insurance but below average salary

The PLB is accrues incredibly slow, with no differentiation between leave time and sick time. The attendance policy is childish, worse than high school attendance policies.
