The benefits are excellent compared to other companies. Paid time off as soon as you begin working.

Free lab testing is awesome! Decent medical coverage but can be expensive compared to salary you are making. No benefits for life partners that I know of.

The best is all the coverage that you get for not such an insane price. The worst thing is having to completely a yearly health exam to get that good pricing (it's about a hundred dollars more a month if you don't pass).

Though I could see any specialist or doctor I wanted, I went to a doctor and still had to pay fees on a lab corp blood draw.

Good overall benefits especially PTO. Medical insurance could better or less expensive but that's probably i line the national average.

Best: great health insurance, 180 hours/paid time off after a few years. I took two years off working and they continued my tenure from where I left off since it was less than 5 years off. Little extras like ID Watchdog keeps my identity and my kids identities safe, while also providing Sex offender registry up to date in my area so I can know about my neighbors. As an employee, you and your dependents get labwork free. I also love the FSA card. I can spend up to $2300/year, which is super helpful having kids and a chronic illness. To have entirely honest, I only work to have the benefits. The pay is decent too, but I love the benefits.
My biggest gripe is the maternity pay. You have to save up your time off for the first two weeks, then they’ll pay you 60% of your paycheck for 4 weeks. Yes, you are protected by FLMA, but for such a prestigious company, the maternity/paternity leave and pay are pathetic.

The company provided a full suite of benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, 401K, and paid time off that scaled based on the duration of employment.
