Better than average, if you don't get guilted into not taking it. Some rollover through Q1 of the next year. Overall, it's an OK/Better than average PTO policy.

18 paid days off per year and you start accruing that time immediately. Plus, you get 6 paid holidays.

Ahhhhh, I miss the vacation and sick Leave being as one! First year to 5yrs is like 3.5 weeks. You don't have to use your vacation time if the company has a fire and you have to be out of the building, etc. very fair vacation package.

Had 21 days that I could use right away, had until april of the following year to use, then you could get paid out for 40 hrs anything else left you would lose

if we wanted time off we had to submit a request at least a week before we wanted off
