After my first calendar year of working for the company I had as many or more PTO days than my husband who had been working for his company for almost 10 years. Needless to say PTO was great.

If you've been with the company 10+ years, the accrual rate of vacation (PLB) is excellent. For someone just starting out, you will receive the bare minimum.

They considered their vacation/holiday under a plan named PLB (personal leave bank). You acquired time off based on your years of service with the company. They did not allow us to donate to cancer victim related employees which I feel they should have allowed us to do.

Better than some companies, but time off can be difficult to get approved in certain departments.

All vacation, personal days and sick days are lumped together, so no distintion has to be made. It is all PTO.
Can rollover a maximum of 5 PTO days per year, but must use rollover days by April of the following year, or lose them.
