Job Training

It's a three-day process, which encompasses integration activities, panes explaining the company's history and its beliefs, the way it grew and all of its accomplishments. Followed by meeting the staff and listening to their description of the work environment and their contribution. Followed by specific training on their platforms and equipment including software applications and protocols following the employee training handbook. The last day is practical training on the company platforms.
