From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Like most companies now that Affordable Care Act is here, health benefit premiums are climbing while benefits are dropping and deductibles are going up. Lockheed Martin is doing their best to offset it with Virgin Pulse program earning health spending account, but compared to the benefits we used to get, current plan is, for lack of nicer terms that convey it effectively, crap.

Relocation fee is not as good as other companies, but better than nothing.

The best part is that it was put together by our union. The worst part is that Lockheed Martin kept two of our employees plus the union rep. up until 2 AM trying to make them collapses and lower wages, including benefits from $18-$19 per hour to $10. per hour.

The best thing about the benefits package is that all benefits began immediately. I suppose the worst thing about the benefits package is that Lockheed stopped offering a retirement package a couple of years before I began work there and only offered the 401k.

This company gives competitive benefits. I haven't used most of them just yet.

All the benefits are good, the annual deductible for medical insurance is a little high.

Best thing: 40 hour flex schedule, 60% work from home, free health nurse
Worst thing: no overtime compensation, health benefits, 401k, no bonuses

The health insurance is over 400$ a month for one person!
