Benefits have continued to go down and cost goes up. For all of LM's history they had an Engineer as CEO until the last two which have been accountants. Everything goes to them at the employee's expense.

The best thing about the benefits package is that, in Denver they have on-site medical staff for employee use. The worse part of the benefits offering was that even though they say they offer flexible work schedules, a fair amount of managers do not allow employees to use it; managers believe that employees who are not at their desk, are not working.

Health benefits were okay, not great. I had a doctor who's surgical coordinator lied to me and told me that they are in network of my health ins. That was INCORRECT and I should have checked with my insurance carrier. I wound up paying $$$$'s, yes interpret that as thousands in medical bills.
