Great health insurance. High deductible. Good 401k plan. Vacation and holidays are good.

It was offered and I was able to pick out a package that would benefit me and my family.

Benefit package is competitive but not best in class

Great benefits and flex scheduling make work and life balancing simple

Salary limits, and advancement struggles. Very top heavy.

The best thing about the benefits package is that, in Denver they have on-site medical staff for employee use. The worse part of the benefits offering was that even though they say they offer flexible work schedules, a fair amount of managers do not allow employees to use it; managers believe that employees who are not at their desk, are not working.

Health benefits were okay, not great. I had a doctor who's surgical coordinator lied to me and told me that they are in network of my health ins. That was INCORRECT and I should have checked with my insurance carrier. I wound up paying $$$$'s, yes interpret that as thousands in medical bills.

Insurance was excellent. Time off was great.
