I think the health is industry standard.

Needs more mental health coverage and better dental.

Medical co-payment was expensive but Dental and vision was better compare to my current insurance.

Inexpensive plan, happy with coverage.

Pretty basic health insurance from United

The high deductible plan has a lower monthly premium, however, the personal or family deductible is substantial.

At the time, the benefits were amazing.

Better than most. Still expensive

Health Insurance has been declining in quality of the past years - although I'm sure that is shared throughout most industries. Costs are higher on the employees each year and benefits are reduced. Number of options has also been reduced to just a CDHP and High Deductible option.
