Anonymous Security Engineer

HSA is the best option they have. No PPO or HMO options. The HSA offers 20/80 once you reach the deductible and and the 20% part can be costly until you reach the maximum out of pocket.

Union insurance is good but will chang with the bargaining agreement expiring 2017, beware of going on strike. Non union cost is very high.
