You get 3-5 days of in store trainings

You learn what you need as you go

They made sure the training materials and trainer's were great in their deliveries of the information. Worst thing about them ? I really don't have anything negative to share, if anything was leaving my family to be trained at the source.

The trainings are just on the computer with little quizzes throughout. Pretty boring. You really just have to do the job and learn as things come up.

Depending on the Team Lead the Training is fast and self explanatory

Over all for the price and what the benefits covered they were on par with many other large companies.

Staff cares, DM cares about how well you are doing and really wants to make everything right

The training was ok, however, if you do not pay attention out there you are going to look like a joke had that happen with one of my coworkers did not know how to activate a phone and they go over it in the training.
