It's obtained only by employee id and punch card and thus and therefore taken from check, resulting in fluctuating pay salary due to spending. I personally was bad at times with this.. Good incentive though.. it's like a loan, god knows loans are great! But be aware and careful!

10% discount on everything, on top of sale prices. You have to charge it to your badge to get it. Your badge will allow you to spend up to 70% of the amount in your last paycheck. The amount spent is charged onto your next paycheck. It's kind of like charging to credit.

10% discount, can only be applied to purchases that are deducted from paycheck. In other words if you make $500 a week, then your discount for the week will work up to $500.

Awesome when paired with other sales but large purchases must be planned in advance because your discount is limited to what your prior weeks paycheck was. Unlike other retailers menards allows you to spend your discount on gift cards.

The discount is a flat 10% off (including sale prices), however, it comes out of your next paycheck. Employees are required to have their badge to swipe to get their discount.
