10%, but it comes out of your weekly paycheck and you can't spend more than 70% of the previous week's check. So, if you're making a big purchase, people usually buy gift cards (which count for the 10% off) and save them up until they can buy their big item.

The best thing about the Employee Discount is that it is smart, for the company. Your employee discount is incurred when an employee uses their Badge at a register to utilize a payroll-deduction (PRD). This means that the total amount of the purchase (minus 10%), is deducted from the employees paycheck. Still a useful discount, but limited by your paycheck. Smart for the company since it limits the total discount one can get.

The discount was only 10%, basically just taking the tax off the item. Our discount could also only be used with our badges, and it would come out of our paychecks. Because of this you were limited on the size of purchases you could make with the discount.

10% only when using ID badge and can only be what you make in one week to avoid people absusing it.

Its 10% if you use your badge but then again you'll take money off your next paycheck. If you use the badge just to save 10% instead of using your money, then jew got money problems

10% off. You can combine it with the 11% rebate and get almost 20% off if you mail those rebates in.

That your discount is based on previous weeks hours/pay. So it's capped and our hours get cut prior to good sale or 11% so that we can't really save big money
