Health Insurance offering was very good and covered our large family needs well. Maternity leave was also recently expanded which is a very valuable benefit.

There are no packages for contract workers. They provide you with free food. They try to accommodate workers with disabilities.

Great benefit package, health, dental not the best. 401k available and vested pension plan. Overall the package is favorable with other comparable companies the size of Metlife.

Overall nice benefits. You enroll into 401(k) and Retirement Plan after 1 year wait period. Employer 401(k) is maxed at 4% when employee contributes 5%. Retirement plan is 5% and no employee matching needed. Bonus is dependent on your performance and up to 30% for Outstanding performers.

Great relocation bonus however if you quit prior to a year you have to give the whole package back. It also is not fun to see the taxes taken out by the government.
