Great benefit options that fit your family or individual needs. Plans are very well priced as MetLife contributes quite a bit to offset the costs.

Because of the size of the company the cost of benefits is relatively low compared to the competition. They match on 401k and do have have a pension

Good PTO, health, dental and disability. 401k was ok, but not a great match compared to other companies. Pensions only for the old guard that were part of the mutual company. Work gym is based on level, cheap ($25/mo.) and deducts straight from paycheck. Most benefits available, though you have to pay for them. A whole work-life assist team available for questions. Travel assist program, company holiday party, and some company discounts and free museum tickets. Some discounted event tickets and admissions. 5k/year for tuition reimbursement, if it matches the job. CFA exam reimbursement if you pass and relevant to your job. Bonus may include restricted stock or stock options.
