MetLife is committed to providing you and your family meaningful benefit programs geared toward health and wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
There is a cash balance pension plan for employees of a certain level and a wide range of health insurance options. Moreover, the company offers voluntary benefits, such as legal plans, as a matter of course.

Competitive health benefits. Good selection of vol. benefits. Also get some good discounts on major purchases such as cars, cell phones and computers. They no longer offer a traditional pension, however, they do contribute to a retirement plan in addition to a 401k match.

Good array of medical insurance plans offered; optional group legal plan and 401k. Good holiday schedule and PTO policy; usually too much workload to take time off.
