The employee discount is very low. You would do better to use the coupons they offer any one through their site, their app or in the newspaper.

You get a 25% discount. However, like the coupons, you only get a discount on items that are regular priced, not clearance or sale items. They do have an employee appreciation coupon once or twice a year, which I believe is 50% off everything regardless if its clearance or a sale item.

The discount is 30% your entire purchase including sale items. It's actually very good and saves me a lot since I am an art student. However that's pretty much the best thing we get.
