Employee discount is awesome! It was upgraded to 30% off and that includes sale items (not clearance). There are also employee appreciation days where you get 40% off including sale items.

The employee discount is no more than what a coupon can get you AND it's only on regularly priced items. Look around the store. Everything has some sort of sale on it. So the discount is worthless.
