The employee discount is fair. 30% off entire regular priced purchase. The "employee appreciation sale" always takes place on the opposite week of getting paid, though. More often than not, if you don't have an employee discount card or don't have it on you, you won't get the employee discount. The cashiers are usually friendly enough to scan a weekly coupon or code it in though.

It was great! 30% off of everything is amazing. A lot of my paycheck went to buying stuff after my shift.
