The worst benefit for hourly employees is not having enough sick time, which can make it hard to manage health and personal needs, though the work–life balance is generally okay. On the positive side, the 401(k) match is good and helps support long-term financial planning.

Decent medical benefits (health, dental, and eye), pretty standard across the board. only 10 WFH days allotted every year and WFH on Fridays (Previously a 3 day hybrid policy but new CEO enforced a 4 day policy which everyone is NOT happy about). 19 days Vacation on top and additional days aren't earned until after 5 years. Bonuses if company performs (not often). No stipends for WFH, had to ask for a sign on bonus but not enough to offset any costs during a job transition. Gym onsite but not big enough - gets busy during work hours. Sick hours (40 hours) every year to use on sick days or medical appointments for you and dependents. Tuition reimbursement offered but not for when taking SQL or Excel advancement courses. No advanced learning training stipend. 30% employee discount (in store only). Support Center (corporate office) have cafeteria on site with edible food (pretty mid).
