Most of the benefits are good except for dental. Also, you don’t get benefits immediately when you start. Depending on the day you start will dictate if it’s anywhere between 60 and 90 days before your benefits kick in. That is very, very important for people to know because you’ll have to take cobra or go without until the Michael’s benefits kick in
