Michaels benefits

We offer all full time employees fantastic benefits. If you are part time you still get great benefits if you qualify. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision. We also have a program called MichaelsCares that you can auto donate to if you choose to do so. It helps aide our employees in the event of a family crisis, severe weather circumstance, etc. It will supply you with clothes, food, and shelter until you find a more suitable place to live. We also offer aide in quitting tobacco usage, adoption/foster care placement, and many discounts at various stores other then Michael's itself.

401K Michaels matches 50 cents per dollar you contribute up tp 3% your annual income. No pension.

You do get dental life insurance and vision for part time employment, but it costs a little less than $15 a paycheck and it doesn't cover that much.

They don't have one for part-time employees, which are the majority of who works there.

There is no vacation time and health insurance if you have part time position. You can request only a time off.
