We offer all full time employees fantastic benefits. If you are part time you still get great benefits if you qualify. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision. We also have a program called MichaelsCares that you can auto donate to if you choose to do so. It helps aide our employees in the event of a family crisis, severe weather circumstance, etc. It will supply you with clothes, food, and shelter until you find a more suitable place to live. We also offer aide in quitting tobacco usage, adoption/foster care placement, and many discounts at various stores other then Michael's itself.
