Dependent on your specific team and manager. If you are a reliable contributor, most have no issue with occasional working from home, even up to a day or two per week on a regular basis. Full time working from home is generally discouraged, but may be ok on a case by case basis.

Blessing and a curse. It's nice to work from home but there is also the expectation that you will work from home. You can never truly be away from work.

As long as customer is happy (3 days a week travel is recommended for role) and you are effective, WFH is assumed.
