It's OK but it could be better. Can't just WFH on a set schedule in most groups. But it's flexible and usually not a problem if you WFH every-once-in-a-while.

Most teams are very flexible here. It means you can be in when it matters and help with the Puget sound traffic problem but not necessarily always be driving in/back with everyone else. Lync is great to do remote meetings.
