Health insurance is not as good from what I understand. I'm not sure what I can compare it with, since this is my first office job with health benefits

Worst thing was that there were numerous, complicated options every year. They usually had new insurance every year, and I found this to be very cumbersome.

High deductible HSA plan. The company contribute to health savings plan if you attend a wellness visit each year. You can contribute up to $900 toward your health saving plan with the company matching it at 100%.

Expensive health Insurance with high deductible plans only. The coverage is terrible. Employees are charges extra for the health insurance if they do not want to complete an annual health assessment and blood work.

They only offer high deductible plan currently and most states only have United Health Care offered.
