Best: They now offer an alternative to the High Deductible Plans (Surest- which is through United Healthcare, but I don't know the official term for it- it's probably most likely a PPO, but the biggest perk is upfront pricing- there's no deductible, and the copays vary by provider for office visits- typically $40-85, and the cost includes basic tests/labs done with the visit-so those aren't billed separately. You don't have to get a referral to a specialist or anything, so that's nice.
Worst thing: Well, United Healthcare is still United Healthcare, so there's that. But probably that there's not much fertility coverage (but more than there used to be)
If you consider pharmacy coverage as part of the Health coverage: No coverage for GLP-1s for obesity/weight loss.
