There is nothing special about what Nationwide offers regarding health insurance, medical benefits, sick days, long term disability, short-term disability, life insurance, etc… You pretty much get what you pay for. In most cases, my spouse's employer and my former employers provided better benefits, compensation, work-life balance, bonuses, incentive plans, etc..
