Neustar benefits

Overall the benefits are very good. Unfortunately, they just slashed work from home benefits significantly for most employees. Other than that, I would say all the other benefits are excellent!

Neustar had amazing benefits, but unfortunately since being acquired by a PE firm in 2017, there has been drastic cuts. It got worse in 2018. Our new CEO and HR SVP have made a lot of changes. They recently launched a no work from home policy. We now have only 2 days a month we can elect to work remotely. Prior approval by management is required through the HR time tracking system. They’re going to check badging reports to track our whereabouts.

Health Insurance and 401K packages are on a decline.

401k is very similar to the industry

Neustar benefits are excellent to have for any employee, so far it is best in northern virginia

Best part about the benefit package was the 401(k) matching as well as the transportation reimbursement for public transit. Worst part about the so called benefits was the lack of trust to work from home.

Used to have great benefits, but not anymore. Example - 401k match at the end of the year, capped vacation rollover

Compensation was very good. Benefits excellent. Promotions from within, very common. Remote working is common and acceptable.
