Great benefits. Nothing to complain about.

salary, bonus and benefits program are all very generous

The best thing was the health benefits. The PTO was actually decent as well. The tuition reimbursement program was top notch reimbursing up to $15k a year. Not sure if it's that much any more.

Heath insurance is solid, with wellness plan option to reduce employee costs. Vacation is also generous. 401K with matching program is another plus. As for perks, unfortunately, they alter by location. The San Francisco office offers a full kitchen and snacks, as most companies so in the area. Other locations, however, vary between limited free beverages, to coin operated machines for everything (in Sterling).

PTO - 4 Weeks per Annum, one week added after 5 year completion and 1 week after 10 years of service.

Vacation and health insurance benefits are really great. Better then at any other company I have been at. In addition, the company has a really robust wellness program, including Fitbit:)
