Vacation and sick days roll into PTO to be used as you wish, 401k program, gift matching program, onsite massages, stock options, volunteer time off, tuition assistance, wellness checks, gym membership discounts, etc.

Compensation is lower than people think it is. Bonuses are nice but that's not going to last. You will get a 3% raise at best after you join. Not worth it.

Neustar is one of few companies in the area offering great benefits - healthcare and options are awesome, there's even onsite healthcare and wellness events, 401k is really good, get plenty of vacation and time off, maternity leave is really great, and we get snacks. For those pursuing higher education the reimbursement is almost unmatched. Overall, it was a great place to work.
