Oracle offers a pretty good ESP though I've never decided to take advantage of it. I have had equity awards and while they are nice, the vesting period is typically four years from the award date which is extremely long given the relatively low value of what they typically award.

It's ok. It is almost not worth doing it. Just go to market and buy it... Sometimes you lose money.

Excellent benefit - they aren't Apple, but hang on and it will grow steadily.
